A McMinn County man has been charged with first-degree murder of a woman. Officers say 38-year-old Christopher Reece Young stands accused of the death of 61-year-old Donna Riggins. Investigators say a relative found Riggins’s body inside of her home located at County Road 105. Young was booked into the McMinn County jail and initially placed under a bond of $150,000.
