A Crossville woman is facing several charges following a vehicle accident on the 1100 block of Highway 70 East Saturday afternoon. The arrest report states police found 29-year-old Adrian Tonia Foust of Crossville near the scene of the crashed vehicle reported stolen. Officers and medics checked on five occupants of the other automobile involved. Foust was arrested and charged with theft of property, failure to report an accident, evading arrest, driving on a suspended license and five counts of reckless endangerment.
