The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a driver of a freight truck was not hurt after the vehicle overturned on I-40 in western Cumberland County early this morning. It happened between 3 and 4 a.m. on the eastbound ramp of the Plateau Road exit at mile marker 311. The truck was hauling general merchandise and pulling double trailers. The ramp was closed for a few hours while the scene was cleaned up.
