Cumberland County deputies responded to the rest area at the 325 mile marker of I-40 yesterday for a woman under the influence. Officers encountered 30-year-old Kember Denise Martin of Blackburg, South Carolina  who was allegedly found in possession of drugs. Martin was charged with public intoxication, felony possession of ecstasy, meth and drug paraphernalia.
