A suspect arrested after reportedly running over a woman in the parking lot of Dollar General Market in Crossville last month was pulled over again this past Saturday (August 29, 2020). A police officer observed a Dodge Charger driven by 38-year-old Kenneth Dale Kerley behind him on Highway 70 West. Kerley was stopped as he was operating the vehicle on a suspended license from an accumulations of convictions. He was issued citations for two traffic violations. Kerley is facing a reckless endangerment charge for reportedly striking the female with the car August 14, 2020.
