Cumberland County medics and law enforcement responded to an ATV crash on Newton Road near Buck Ridge Road Saturday night. The report states 20-year-old Lowell Scott Winningham of Crossville was traveling south when he ran off the asphalt and flipped over. He was flown by Lifeforce to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga for treatment of suspected serious injuries.
