The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported a fatality in a vehicle accident on Highway 127 in Fentress County yesterday. A 2000 Western Star tractor-trailer operated by 54-year-old Marty Jackson of Monticello, Kentucky lost control a few miles north of Jamestown, hit a guardrail and went down an embankment. Troopers say Jackson was pronounced deceased at the scene.
