Cumberland County authorities responded to a home on the 400 block of Cinnamon Circle for a disturbance Halloween morning. The report indicates 18-year-old Dacoda Wayne-Nico Shelton of Crossville was in an argument with a man over fireworks thrown by Shelton and a second male onto the victims yard scaring cows. Shelton allegedly brandished a firearm later and discharged a round as the victim was leaving the scene. Shelton was charged with reckless endangerment.
