A motorist in Cumberland County is facing charges following an accident Saturday on the 700 block of Highland Lane. The report states 38-year-old Dustin Lee Bogard of Crossville struck mailboxes then crashed into a utility pole. He fled the scene prior to first responders arriving. Authorities learned Bogard took the Jaguar from his parents without permission. He was later arrested for DUI, joyriding and vandalism.
