The Harriman Police Department Narcotics Unit along with the TBI and the Roane County Sheriff’s Office performed a search warrant yesterday at a home at 811 Siluria Street. It reportedly yielded quantities of meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia. Authorities arrested 50-year-old Joni Kirk Mitchell and 31-year-old Josh James Plemons, both of Harriman, on charges of manufacture, delivery or sell of a controlled substance, manufacture, delivery or sell of meth and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
