Deputies in Cumberland County responded to Dollar General on the 13,000 block of Highway 70 North this week for an incident. Video surveillance showed an individual wearing all black clothing go up to the front register with items from inside. An employee then said the subject showed her a firearm in his waistband. The male then fled the scene and nothing was taken. Statements were given to officers by two employees and another witness in the store. It is under investigation.
