Crossville police went to the scene of a vehicle accident late last night on the 100 block of Windermere Drive. The report states a van driven by 25-year-old Destiny Elmore left the road, traveled through a yard and struck a parked truck. Officers allegedly smelled an odor of alcohol coming from Elmore and she failed a sobriety test. Elmore was arrested for DUI and failure to exercise due care.
