Roane County authorities say a fourth suspect has been charged in connection with the murder of Robert McCollough. His body was discovered late last year in an abandoned mobile home in the Oakdale area of Morgan County.

Court records show 40-year-old Shane Douglas Parks, 36-year-old Joshua Keith Aikens and 40-year-old Nicholas Ryan Holloway face first-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Now, 36-year-old Danny Lee Justice is charged with aggravated burglary and assault. Justice is scheduled to appear in court on these charges August 5, 2021.
