We now have more details from the Tennessee Highway Patrol concerning a Saturday Morning Head on Collision along Miller By-pass in Crossville.  A 1984 Jimmy being driven by 35 year old Franklin Godsey of Crossville was traveling east on SR 392. A 2004 Suzuki SL7 driven by 42 year old Fredrick Major of Crossville was traveling west. Witnesses stated Godsey’s Vehicle traveled across the center lane and impacted Majors Vehicle in its west bound lane resulting in a head-on collision. Godsey’s vehicle came to final rest in the center turn lane facing west. Major’s vehicle came to rest on the north shoulder facing east. 

Godsey, Major and a passenger in Majors vehicle, 34 year old Amy Evans of Sparta were transported to area hospitals.
