Crossville Police were called to Cleveland Street Thursday night for a domestic fight between 32-year-old Dustin Godsey and his wife. Police advised his wife to get an order of protection due to the altercation.  It was noted in the report that Mr. Godsey was very belligerent and extremely intoxicated

After the police left the residence, Mr. Godsey began calling 911 for non-emergency reasons. Police went back to the residence and advised Mr. Godsey to stop calling 911 for non-emergency reasons, Once the police left, Mr. Godsey again began calling 911 – yelling and cussing the dispatchers.  This time police returned to the residence and arrested Godsey for misuse of 911.  Godsey was taken to the Justice Center shortly after midnight Friday and booked.
