The Roane County Board of Education met for a work session Tuesday evening to discuss, once again, the high school consolidation plan combining Rockwood and Harriman and building a new  Kingston high school at the current location. The BOE knows they may not have the County Commission support during an election year but wanted to keep the conversation in the public eye and ears that according to board member Danny Wright who made the statement during the meeting last night and called for the work session how do you special called session was also scheduled if needed but no formal action was taken just discussion again about the school Consolidated plan.
