A Cumberland County man has been indicted by a grand jury on three counts of child abuse. According to the indictment handed down Monday, 22-year-old Stephen Edward Randall of Crossville is accused of inflicting injury to a 6-year-old boy, a 5-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl in December 2016. Randall will make his first appearance in Cumberland County Criminal Court May 12, 2017.
