TWO CUMBERLAND COUNTIANS INDICTED BY GRAND JURY ON CHARGES
Two people from Cumberland County faces charges after being indicted by a grand jury this week. According to court documents, 39-year-old Jamie Lynn Presley of Crossville was indicted for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and domestic assault. The alleged incident took place in July 2016 when Presley utilized a firearm to cause fear to a female and place her in danger. Also indicted was 35-year-old Crystal Dawn Sells of Crossville on three counts of aggravated assault. The report indicated that Sells allegedly put two law enforcement officers and a paramedic at risk of being injured with a knife. Both Sells and Presley will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court May 12, 2017.
