Funeral services for Dean “Dino” Waters, age 50, of Crossville will be Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 4 pm at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Thomas Springs Cemetery. The family will have friends from 6 to 9 pm Friday, May 12, at the funeral home. Survivors include his sisters: Penny Butler, Patsy Neely and B.J. Waters. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
