VANDALISM IN CUMBERLAND CO. RESULTS IN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE

Cumberland County deputies recently responded to the 6700 block of Highway 70 East for a burglary and vandalism.
The owner told authorities he discovered several copper wires cut and stolen. Officers also noted wires cut from a transformer and a breaker box damaged.
Tools, a chainsaw, and two toolboxes were taken in the incident.
The total loss and damage was just over $22,000.
No suspects were named in the report.
