While on patrol yesterday on East Adams Street, a Crossville police officer noticed 53-year-old Dwayne Arthur Stoner sitting on a porch.

The officer had knowledge Stoner had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Stoner ran off the porch as the officer stopped.

He was found behind the home trying to hide behind a tree.

Officers reportedly found a bag of meth on Stoner.

He was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County jail.
