The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded to a two-vehicle accident Wednesday night in Meigs County.

The report released tonight states a 2010 Dodge 2500 driven by 42-year-old Jon N. Headrick crossed over the center line on Highway 60 near Burton Lane and struck head-on with an oncoming 2009 Chevy Tahoe operated by 32-year-old Heather M. Morrow.

The impact was fatal for Headrick, Morrow, and a 1-year-old child in the Chevy.

The accident remains under investigation by the highway patrol.
