A search of Sims allegedly revealed a capped syringe and meth.
A passenger in the vehicle was identified as 52-year-old Paula Renee Keefer of Corryton, Tennessee.
Police say Keefer attempted to swallow a small plastic bag containing meth.
A probable cause search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a small amount of meth.
