Cumberland County and Crossville firefighters responded early yesterday morning to a silo fire at Royal Oak on the 13,000 block of Highway 70 North.

Emergency medical services stood by on the scene to assist the crew battling the blaze.

Officials say no injuries took place.

The cause of the fire was not initially available.
