36 INDIVIDUALS INDICTED BY CUMBERLAND COUNTY GRAND JURY – LIST IN STORY
The Cumberland County Grand Jury met yesterday and handed down numerous indictments against 36 individuals for various crimes.
The 36 include:
Baron, Brandon Luke – Domestic assault.
Buccina, Cody Tyler – Violation of community supervision.
Burke, Tristan Eli Hassler – DUI and DUI per se.
Buysse, Harold John – Vandalism over $1,000.
Caswell, Donald Eugene – Theft over $1,000.
Debord, Sammy Ray – DUI and DUI per se.
Dukes, Ashton Elijah – Aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Fenn, Tracey Charles – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, aggravated assault, and domestic assault.
Filley Jr, Mark Lawrence – DUI.
Galloway, Mary Ann – DUI and DUI per se.
Grooms, Cedric Jordan – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth), driving on a suspended license, and introduction of contraband into a penal institution.
Howard, Herbert Brian – Possession of a Schedule Ii drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, driving on a revoked license, and possession of a weapon during a dangerous felony.
Jones, Herbert Mitchell – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery and driving in possession of meth.
Keith, Cory Dale – Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery
Keith, Dale Keith – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery.
Ladd, Rebecca Leann – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery and being armed during the commission of a dangerous felony.
McDougal, Rosa Linda – Possession of a Schedule Ii drug (meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery, and possession of a Schedule III drug.
Moss, Franklin Kim – DUI and DUI per se.
Neely, John Clayton – Theft over $1,000.
Norton, Joshua Matthew – Aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Oakes, Jacob Turner – Domestic assault.
Parkey, Caleb Drake – Aggravated assault, false imprisonment, interfering with a 911 call, violation of bond conditions, and domestic assault.
Pugh, Joey Allen – Possession of a Schedule Ii drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery
Ray Jr, Kenneth – Assault on an officer and resisting arrest.
Rayburn, Dalton Douglas – Arson and vandalism over $60,000.
Russell, John Edward – Theft over $2,500.
Russell, Jonathan Wayde – Theft over $2,500, evading arrest, and reckless endangerment.
Russell, Matthew Gene – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl), driving on a revoked license, and 4th offense driving on a revoked license.
Sherrill, Jason – Violation of the sex offender registry, driving on a suspended license, DUI, and resisting arrest.
Shull, Shelly Marie – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) and introduction of contraband into a penal institution.
Snowden, Nathaniel Aaron – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery and possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery.
Stepp, Gabriel Mitchell – Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery, evading arrest, and possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl).
Thomas, Adam Daniel – DUI, evading arrest, DUI per se, and speeding.
Tuttle, Joshua Dewayne – Violation of bond conditions.
Vickers, Douglas Arthur – Violation of bond conditions.
Wyatt, Cameron Lucas – Domestic assault.
Court officials say most of the 36 is scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court tomorrow (Wednesday, January 10, 2024).
