Roane County law enforcement and medics responded just before noon today to a location on Dogwood Drive.

They arrived to discover a man in a car who sustained a fatal gunshot wound.

An autopsy was ordered by the medical examiner.

The incident is under investigation by the Roane County Sheriff’s Office.
