UPDATE: An official update from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office confirms the safety of Raileigh Capps.

An Endangered Child Alert has been issued on behalf of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for 12-year-old Raileigh Capps. She was last seen Tuesday evening in the area of Crippen Corner Lane in Knoxville wearing grey Mickey Mouse sweat pants, a white t-shirt, a brown fuzzy jacket, and black Nike Dunks. Raileigh is 5’1″ tall, 120 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
