WARRANT ON DEBORD FOR THEFT

On Sunday Crossville Police units were dispatched to Rural King about a theft report. Upon arriving Officer Jeremy Beard made contact with the manager who stated that two males entered the store at 2:18 p.m. and walked around the sporting goods Center.
The manager and Officer Beard reviewed the video footage and observed one of the males opening a five-pack of Milwaukee razor blades, putting the empty package in the welding aisle, and transferring the blades from his right hand into his left shirt pocket. They also observed him walking around the store with a CuddeLink trail camera box and entering the fishing aisle where the trail camera box was found empty by Rural King employees.
He was also observed to have a Smith & Wesson folding knife with a flashlight in his hands and leaving the empty package on top of boxes in the middle of the aisle close to sporting goods. The two males were observed leaving the store at 2:42 p.m. in a light blue hatchback vehicle with a gold front bumper. The total value of stolen items is around $97.91.
The male was identified as Timothy Debord through Rural King’s cameras by other City officers.
Debord was also arrested last month for theft along with evading, resisting arrest, and simple possession.
Warrants on Debord were signed by the manager of Rural King.
