An alert from Cumberland 911 indicates a wreck having occurred on Sparta Highway/ Highway 70 East around 10:30 a.m.

The TDOT Smartway map isn’t showing a notification just yet, but traffic is heavily impacted.

It is currently unknown if the road is closed, so drivers should take caution and expect to possibly take a detour.
