According to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, on Monday, at around 12:06 PM, a 2007 Dodge Caravan driven by John H. Turner and a 2023 GMC Sierra driven by James L. Miller were traveling East on US 70 N North from Little Randolph Road.

Miller stopped to turn right onto Randolph Rd. when Turner’s Caravan struck Miller’s Sierra in the rear. The Caravan crossed the center line ran off the left side of the roadway and came to final rest off the left side of US 70 N, facing east.

Miller’s Sierra came to final rest on Randolph Rd facing South.

Of the two drivers, John Turner would sustain injuries.

No charges were filed for either driver.
