On May 4, 2025, Sergeant Ryan Ashburn conducted a traffic stop on a 2021 Nissan Titan at Main St. and Fourth St. in Crossville, Tennessee, after observing a vehicle with no active lights. The driver was identified as Andrea Tutts with passenger, Arin Pittman, both 33-year-old and from Sale Creek. Officer Ashburn noticed Tutts exhibited signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, glossy eyes, and stumbling.

During a Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus Test, she showed impairment but became belligerent, halting further testing. A search revealed 13 blue pills identified as Amphetamine in Tutts’ purse.

Both women were arrested: Tutts for DUI, simple possession, and public intoxication, and Pittman for public intoxication.
