11 ARRESTED IN PUTNAM DURING OPERATION SUMMERTIME WAKEUP
From the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office:
Sheriff Eddie Farris announced today the successful launch of a countywide drug enforcement operation titled “Summertime Wakeup.” This operation follows months of in-depth investigations conducted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division. On Monday, June 2, the Putnam County Grand Jury indicted multiple individuals on a range of felony drug charges.
“This one of the several targeted drug enforcement operations we conduct each year to send a clear message: we are actively and consistently working to eliminate illegal drug activity in our community,” said Sheriff Farris. “Removing drug dealers from our streets not only makes Putnam County safer—it also provides critical intelligence through seized phones and social media that helps us uncover larger networks of criminal activity.”
Today, on June 11th, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office served multiple active arrest warrants on multiple individuals living in Putnam County. 10 individuals were charged, and several types of illegal narcotics were discovered and seized during these investigations.
The following subjects were arrested and charged:
- Barbara Louise Dubois – Age 68, charged with 4 Counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule II Drugs, specifically Hydrocodone Pills. Dubois has a bond set at $60,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. She has no prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Crystal Michel Harville – Age 43, charged with Possession of ANPP, Possession of Fentanyl, and Possession of Xylazine. Harville has a bond set at $750,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. She has a history of 4 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Britanny Nicole Parks – Age 35, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. Parks has a bond set at $100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. She has a history of 3 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Rhonda Marie Tatro – Age 48, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. Tatro has a bond set at 100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. She has a history of 13 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Reva Lowe Williams – Age 76, charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule II Drugs, specifically Oxycodone Pills. Williams has a bond set at $50,000 and court date of July 10, 2025. She has 1 prior arrest in Putnam County.
- Anthony Lee Strahin – Age 45, charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule II Drugs. Strahin has a bond set at $50,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. He has a history of 7 prior arrests in Putnam County.
The following subjects were already incarcerated in the Putnam County Jail and additionally charged with:
- Richard Benjamin Campbell – Age 34, charged with Manufacture, Delivery Sell of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of ANPP, Possession of Fentanyl, Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Xylazine, Manufacture, Delivery Sell of Methamphetamine. Campbell has a bond set at $150,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. He has a history of 13 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Britanny E. Clouse – Age 33, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. Clouse has a bond set at $100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. She has 1 prior arrest in Putnam County.
- Tyler Scott Heady – Age 31, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. Heady has a bond set at $100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. He has a history of 12 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Joshua Cain Knight – Age 47, charged with 2 counts of Possession of Cocaine. Knight has a bond set at $100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025. He has a history of 16 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Gladys Marie Melton – Age 61, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. Melton has a bond set at $100,000 and a court date of July 10, 2025.
