CROSSVILLE WOMAN’S MISSING DEBIT CARD USED FOR PURCHASES IN ARKANSAS

On June 28, 2025, at around 6:16 PM, Crossville, TN police responded to a report of a stolen debit card at Wal-Mart. The victim noticed her debit card missing at the self-checkout line. She received text alerts about a $158.91 purchase made at 5:50 PM, confirmed by her bank statement as a Wal-Mart transaction in Bentonville, AR.

Her bank also reported declined attempts for purchases of $1500, $800, and $500. Cooper confirmed having the card at 4:30 PM upon entering the store and at 5:24 PM in the cake aisle. No video surveillance was reviewed due to the absence of management, and the suspect remains unknown.
