Two people, including a resident being transported, died in a crash involving a Life Care Center of Morgan County van on Knoxville Highway between Oliver Springs and Coalfield, Tennessee, on Wednesday morning, according to District Attorney General Russell Johnson.

The nursing home, located in Wartburg, has been operating since 1980. Further details are being investigated.
