Earlier today, shortly after 12:30 PM, two separate single-vehicle accidents occurred in Roane County. The Harriman Fire Department, along with an ambulance and police, responded to a crash on the 900 block of South Roane Street, where one person sustained minor injuries.

Simultaneously, emergency responders were dispatched to Cox Road in the extreme southern part of Roane County. The Tennessee Highway Patrol will investigate the second crash, which also resulted in minor injuries.
