From the Rockwood Police Department:

On September 22, 2025, at approximately 9:37 PM, Rockwood Police Department officers were dispatched to the Meadows Apartments in response to reports of a physical altercation involving multiple individuals.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with several individuals, one of which reported being assaulted. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a firearm had been discharged during the incident. Fortunately, no injuries resulting from gunfire were reported.
This remains an active investigation, and charges are pending. Anyone with information related to this incident is urged to contact Detective Hall at (865) 354-3388. Anyone who wishes to give information may remain anonymous.
