I-40 ACCIDENT NEAR KINGSTON LEADS TO MINOR INJURIES
A single-vehicle accident occurred around 10:00 p.m. last night when a car veered off the interstate near the eastbound Kingston exit, went over an embankment, and landed near Peachtree Lane in Kingston.
According to sources, the sole occupant, a male, was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Kingston Police Department, fire department, and an ambulance responded to the scene, along with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, which will lead the investigation and handle the crash report. No serious injuries were reported in the incident.
