HARRIMAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING HIGHLIGHTS
On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., Harriman City officials convened their first city council meeting at City Hall. The council discussed and approved several key items, including the issuance of a $2 million General Obligation Bond to fund long-term capital projects such as electrical and lighting upgrades at the ball fields, the purchase of the TCAT building, and infrastructure projects under the CDBG/LPRF programs.
They also approved Resolution R1025-01, establishing a social media policy for the City of Harriman, and the master sidewalk plan from Kimley Horn for the 2025 CDBG Grant. Additionally, the council granted permission for HUB to wrap selected traffic control signal boxes and approved the purchase of a joystick and computer for the long-arm mower for $7,863.81.
