FORMER HARRIMAN CITY COUNCIL MEMBER BRIAN FROST TURNS HIMSELF IN

Following Brian’s Frost failure to appear for arraignment on Monday (October 27), defendant Brian Frost turned himself in to the Roane County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday evening.
After being booked, he posted the new bond set by the court due to his failure to appear. Mr. Frost is now represented by legal counsel, who has been in contact with the court and made arrangements for him to return to the facility where he is enrolled.
His arraignment is scheduled for Monday (November 3), and it is anticipated that his attorney will file a written waiver of arraignment, after which the court will set the next hearing date.
