KINGSTON MAN GETS LIFE SENTENCE ON CHILD EXPLOITATION CHARGES

Christopher Edward Allen, a 33-year-old former TikToker from Kingston, Tennessee, was sentenced to life in federal prison on November 5, 2025, following his 2024 conviction on multiple child exploitation charges.
A federal jury found him guilty of three counts of attempting to entice a minor into unlawful sexual activity, one count of producing child pornography, two counts of attempting to produce it, two counts of transporting visual depictions of minors in sexually explicit conduct, and one count of transferring obscene material. The life sentences for the enticement counts run concurrently with 360-month terms for production-related charges, 240 months for transportation, and 120 months for obscene material transfer.
The case began with Allen’s 2022 arrest during a sting operation, where he arrived at Kingston Park to meet a 13-year-old girl he had groomed via social media after meeting her at a Taco Bell; three boys were in his vehicle at the time. Crimes spanned October 2019 to April 2022, with Allen indicted in April 2023. Upon any release, he faces lifelong supervised release, a $900 special assessment, and a court-ordered mental health evaluation and treatment; no fine was imposed due to inability to pay.
