The Monterey Fire Department and Monterey Police Department responded to 115 Higdon Ln. this morning for a residential structure fire. The only resident of the home was able to get out of the home without injury. The home was a total loss. Please avoid the area for the next several hours as emergency personnel will be on scene continuing to work. Thanks to all that responded and all that you do everyday.
