A cash reward of up to $2,500 is being offered by the family of Kristin Garkovich for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the deadly hit and run that took place along U.S. Highway 61 in Harriman, TN near Blair Road that claimed the life of Kristen Le’Ann Garkovich on April 16, 2025.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Greg Scalf with the Roane County Sheriff’s Department at 865-717-4700. Tipsters may remain anonymous in accordance with applicable law and program rules.
The reward will be paid after the responsible individual(s) has been arrested, prosecuted, and convicted in a court of law, and after law enforcement verifies that the information provided materially contributed to that outcome. This offer does not apply to law enforcement officers or others disqualified by statute or program policy.
