BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY SCHEDULES DUE MARCH 2, 2026

Business personal property is essentially an annual reappraisal.
Each year, business owners complete a self-reporting schedule showing the assets used in the business as of January 1.
Our goal is to make this process as easy and accurate as possible.
Schedules are due March 2, 2026.You can file your schedule online using the information provided on your mailed schedule.

Mail reminderDue to USPS changes, mail may not be postmarked the day you drop it off.
If you plan to mail your schedule at the last minute:
- Ask the USPS counter for a hand-stamped postmark, OR
- Send your schedule by certified mail
This is the only way to guarantee a timely postmark.
Note: Our Office will be open until 4:30pm on March 2nd to accept schedules if you need to drop it off directly to us.
Please contact our office if:
- You need help completing your schedule
- Your business has closed or sold
- You moved locations
- You received a schedule in error
- You aren’t sure what should be reported
