Keirsten Armanda Grace Hooper and Darrison Randall Hood of Morgan County are scheduled to appear for a change of plea hearing regarding sex crimes in federal court in Knoxville tomorrow (Wednesday, March 18, 2026).

Court documents state Hooper has agreed to be sentenced on one count of sexual exploitation of a child.

Hood was arrested for sexual exploitation of a child, distribution of child pornography, and possession of and access with intent to view child pornography. Officials say he has agreed to plead guilty to sexual exploitation of a child, and the remaining two counts will be dismissed.

The charges stem from an incident at Hood’s home in Wartburg in February 2025. Law enforcement looked into the crime after a Snapchat video was seen showing Hood and Hooper sexually assaulting a teenage victim.
