LARSEN ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED LARCENY IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
On May 21, 2026, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a theft call at Turkey Blind Road in Crossville. The victim reported that she returned home to find the door had been kicked in and the padlock removed. She stated that Phillip Paul Larsen (56) and several other individuals were inside the residence removing her belongings, despite her not having moved out.
This incident followed a prior call the day before (May 20), when Deputy Morgan Alvarez had responded to the same address regarding drug paraphernalia. At that time, Larsen claimed the homeowners had moved out and that he was cleaning the residence.
The victim reported multiple items stolen, including miscellaneous tools valued at $1,000, a well pump ($800), a chainsaw ($150), an air fryer ($50), clothes ($75), food ($100), a water storage container ($20), a door lock/padlock ($10), and important paperwork. She also noted that additional items had been thrown off the front porch and broken. She informed officers that she has an active restraining order against Larsen due to prior similar behavior.
Larsen was arrested on-view and charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft of Property, and Vandalism. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail. His court date is scheduled for June 29, 2026, with a total bond amount of $18,000.
