TENNESSEE FIVE FACING NEW ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGES AFTER DEPUTIES FIND DOG HIDDEN IN HOME
Five individuals from Walland, Tennessee—Lynn, Albert, William, and Julia Youngen, along with Madison Huskey—are facing new animal cruelty charges after violating a lifelong court order banning them from owning animals. The group was previously charged in January for leaving 12 dogs and 13 cats tied up outside in freezing temperatures.
On June 11, Blount County Sheriff’s Office deputies visited their Patterson Road home and discovered a dog hidden under blankets on a bed, which Albert Youngen had seemingly attempted to conceal. Despite the dog being easily heard throughout the house, all five residents denied knowing anything about its presence.
