CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN INDICTED FOR ARSON; T.B.I. SEEKING PUBLIC’S HELP
A Cumberland County man is facing an arson charge following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), and authorities are now turning to the public to help locate him.
The investigation began on March 1st after TBI special agent fire investigators received an anonymous tip regarding a fire that took place on February 27th in the 100 block of Tennessee Stone Road in Crossville. Following the probe, investigators presented evidence identifying 32-year-old Robert Fox Jr. (DOB: 06/08/1994) as the individual allegedly responsible for setting the blaze.
Last week, a Cumberland County Grand Jury officially returned an indictment charging Fox with one count of Arson.
Fox currently remains at large. In an effort to locate and apprehend him, the TBI has released information regarding his indictment.
