Both the eastbound and westbound lanes of State Route 62 near Log Mile 15 are completely closed following an overturned vehicle incident reported late Wednesday morning.

Emergency responders were alerted to the scene around 11:00 AM ET on July 22, 2026. Due to the position of the vehicle and initial response efforts, traffic in both directions has been halted.

Drivers traveling through Morgan County are advised to avoid the area, expect delays, and seek alternate routes until emergency crews can clear the scene and reopen the highway.
