  • Property & Finance: Decisions on accepting a real estate donation at 701 N. Wilder Ave., authorizing the City Attorney to file suit to recover municipal cleanup expenses, and modifying transfer amounts between the General Fund at First Financial Bank and the Local Government Investment Pool.
