A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted 39-year-old Cory Justin Clark on a felony charge of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to court documents filed in the Cumberland County Circuit Court.

The indictment, issued on August 4, 2026, alleges that on or about November 29, 2023, Clark unlawfully and intentionally or knowingly possessed material depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity.

The case is being prosecuted under District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway, with Investigator Jon Wirey of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office listed as the primary affiant and witness.

Clark is scheduled for an arraignment on August 11, 2026. His bond has been set at $150,000.
